WORKOUTS

21m
While doing Motor Learning Workout: Precision, each drill is allocated a specific period of time. Attempt to do the allotted repetitions for each drill within this time period. Should you finish your repetitions early, use the remaining time for rest and recovery. Should you fail to complete the allotted repetitions for any of the drills, just move on to the next drill. In time, you will be able to gain efficiency in your movements and you will complete more and more repetitions.
Motor Learning Workout: Precision is intended to be used alternately with Motor Learning Workout: Power. Together these programs use drill progressions involving targeted instruction to work your entire swing.
