MOTOR LEARNING WORKOUT: POWER

MOTOR LEARNING WORKOUT: POWER

Take your time and work at your own pace to learn each drill thoroughly as you proceed through the course. Eventually, as you gain a working knowledge of each drill, use Motor Learning Workout: Power to perform the drills in order. While doing Motor Learning Workout: Power, each drill is allocated a specific period of time. Attempt to do the allotted repetitions for each drill within this time period. Should you finish your repetitions early, use the remaining time for rest and recovery. Should you fail to complete the allotted repetitions for any of the drills, just move on to the next drill. In time, you will be able to gain efficiency in your movements and you will complete more and more repetitions.

Motor Learning Workout: Power is intended to be used alternately with Motor Learning Workout: Precision. Together these programs use drill progressions involving targeted instruction to work your entire swing.
