This course helps you learn the movements required to swing a golf club efficiently. This takes place by breaking down the full swing into multiple drills and subsets called drill progressions. Full Swing Power - Motor Learning has four drill progressions: Load, Lag, Force, and Velocity. The program you will follow does not use golf equipment.
